Separation
One client per cycle. It’s the hygiene standard hospitals expect, and we apply it to every customer.
We built Apex ProWash Bulk Care in Faridabad to close a gap. Businesses and households had to choose between unorganised setups that mix loads and damage fabric, and expensive boutique cleaners with slow turnarounds.

Our plant handles high-volume commercial work without losing track of individual garments. Every lot moves through clearly separated zones: soiled intake, pre-spotting, programmable industrial washing, hydro-extraction, controlled tumble drying, vacuum-table steam finishing and dust-free packing.

Every order, whether it’s 300 hotel sheets or a single silk saree, follows the same documented sequence.
Counted at your door on a chalan, then tagged with your batch ID so it never mixes with anyone else’s.
Sorted by fabric, colour and soil. Stains are pre-treated before they go into the wash.
Rajsons washer-extractors run controlled temperature, RPM and dosing for each fabric class.
Controlled tumble drying, then vacuum-table steam pressing for crisp, hotel-grade folds.
Inspected under light, re-done if needed, packed dust-free and delivered with a matching count.
These shape every decision in our plant, from the detergents we buy to how we schedule a route.

Piece counts at both ends, written notes on stains and damage, and honest answers when something can’t be fixed.
Fixed routes and realistic turnaround times. Linen rooms and wardrobes shouldn’t run empty.
