How long will my clothes take?
Wash & fold and wash & iron usually take 48–72 hours, and dry cleaning 72–96 hours. Heavy items like carpets, bridal wear and quilts can take longer.
Do you clean shoes, bags, carpets and curtains?
Yes. We have dedicated workstations for sneakers, leather shoes and handbags, plus rotary extraction for carpets and steam finishing for curtains.
Will my clothes be mixed with others?
Never. Every household is washed as its own separate load.
What machines do you use?
Heavy-duty Rajsons industrial washer-extractors and hydro-extractors with programmable temperature, RPM and water-level control, plus vacuum steam-finishing tables.
How is hospital linen handled?
Hospital linen is sorted by colour code, washed in isolated thermal or chemo-thermal disinfection cycles, steam-pressed and sealed immediately in protective wrapping.
Are your detergents safe for fabrics?
Yes. We use fabric-safe chemistry with pH-neutralising rinses that protect fibres and extend linen life.
